Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026

App: Card Games

Developer: SLG Developer

Short version: Card Games does not require an account and we do not directly collect, sell, or store personal user data on our own servers. The app may store gameplay progress locally on your device. The app may show ads and may offer optional in-app purchases, so third-party services such as advertising networks and Google Play Billing may process data under their own privacy policies.

1. Overview

Card Games is a mobile card game app that includes classic card games such as Solitaire, Video Poker, Blackjack, Higher or Lower, War, Pyramid, Baccarat, Golf Solitaire, Memory Match, Five Card Draw, and Crazy Eights.

The app is for entertainment only. It does not provide real-money gambling, cash betting, cash prizes, withdrawable balances, or real-world casino rewards. Any chips, bets, balances, payouts, rewards, or similar values shown in the app are virtual entertainment values only.

This Privacy Policy explains what we do and do not collect directly, how local gameplay data works, how ads and in-app purchases may involve third-party processing, and what choices are available to users and parents.

2. Data We Do Not Collect Directly

We do not require users to create an account. We do not operate a user profile system or a user-data server for this app. We do not directly ask for or store the following categories of information on our own servers:

We do not use our own analytics backend to track individual users across apps or websites.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The app may store information locally on your device so gameplay can continue smoothly. Local data may include:

This local gameplay data is not sent to our own servers. If your device backup settings are enabled, Android or your platform account provider may include app data in a device backup. Backup behavior is controlled by your device and platform settings.

4. Advertising

Card Games may show advertisements. Ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, or similar ad formats. Ads help support the free version of the app.

Advertising is provided by third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdMob or other ad networks used in the published version of the app. These third-party partners may automatically collect or process data needed to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, enforce frequency caps, comply with law, and support advertising features. Depending on the ad provider, region, user settings, and app configuration, this may include:

We do not control every data practice of third-party ad providers. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. For Google services, you can review:

Ad personalization and choices

Where available, users can manage ad personalization and reset advertising identifiers through Android and Google settings. In some regions, consent choices may be presented by Google, an ad provider, or the app before personalized ads are shown. If consent is not provided where required, the app may show non-personalized or limited ads.

Rewarded ads

The app may offer optional rewarded ads, for example to reset or increase a virtual entertainment balance. Rewarded ads are optional. If you do not watch a rewarded ad, you can continue using app features that do not require that reward, or use other available options in the app.

5. In-App Purchases

Card Games may offer optional in-app purchases. Examples may include removing ads, unlocking content, or other digital items or upgrades. In-app purchases are optional and are processed by the applicable app store payment system, such as Google Play Billing.

We do not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or payment credentials. The app store payment provider may share limited transaction information with the app, such as purchase status, product ID, order status, purchase token, or entitlement information, so the app can unlock or restore purchased features.

Refunds, billing issues, family payment controls, and purchase history are generally managed by the app store or platform account used to make the purchase. For Google Play purchases, review Google Play and Google Payments policies.

6. Children, Families, and COPPA

We are committed to complying with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play Families policies where applicable, and other applicable child privacy and advertising rules.

Card Games is designed as a general-audience card game app and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The app does not include user accounts, chat, public profiles, social posting, user-generated public content, or direct collection of names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, videos, or contacts.

If the app is configured, listed, or made available to children or users of unknown age, we intend to use only advertising SDKs and ad settings appropriate for that audience, including child-directed treatment, non-personalized ads, Families self-certified ad SDKs where required by Google Play, and ad content restrictions designed to avoid interest-based advertising or inappropriate ads for children.

We do not knowingly sell or disclose personal information from children. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected directly by us without required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Because we do not operate accounts or our own personal-data server for this app, most privacy requests about third-party advertising identifiers or purchase records may need to be handled through the relevant platform provider, such as Google.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information through the app or a third-party service may contact us using the contact information below.

7. Data Sharing, Sale, and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent user profiles or maintain a user database for Card Games.

Information may be processed by third parties that provide app functionality, advertising, billing, crash prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform services. These third parties may include, depending on the final published app configuration:

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or if necessary to protect the app, users, rights, safety, or security.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small mobile game app. Because we do not operate user accounts or our own central database of personal user data for this app, there is no developer-operated account database for Card Games.

No app, device, network, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Users should keep their device operating system updated and use device-level protections such as screen locks and app store account security.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is overwritten by gameplay, cleared through app controls if available, cleared through Android app storage settings, or removed by uninstalling the app.

Purchase records and ad-related records may be retained by third-party providers, such as Google Play or advertising networks, according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

Because Card Games does not require accounts, there is no in-app account deletion process. You can delete local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. If a future version adds accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated and account deletion options will be provided as required.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, or other regional privacy laws. These rights may include requesting access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing.

Because we do not directly maintain account profiles or a personal-data server for this app, many requests can be completed directly on your device or through the relevant third-party provider:

You may also contact us with privacy questions. We may need enough information to understand the request, the app involved, your region, and the third-party service involved, but we will not ask for sensitive information unless necessary.

11. App Permissions

The app is intended to avoid unnecessary sensitive permissions. If a future version requests additional Android permissions, those permissions should be limited to app functionality and disclosed in this policy or in-app where required.

12. International Use

The app may be available in multiple countries. Third-party providers such as advertising networks and app stores may process data in countries other than your own. Their international transfer practices are described in their own privacy policies.

The app or this website may link to third-party websites, stores, or policy pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, when monetization or third-party services change, or when legal or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.

If a material change affects users' privacy choices, we will provide notice in a manner appropriate for the app, platform, and applicable law.

15. Contact
